I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment, are there fees associated with this?

Appointment cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will NOT incur a late cancellation fee. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the patient is responsible for paying a $75.00 missed appointment fee.

Can I purchase my supplements through your website?

Established clients can purchase supplements I recommend through Fullscript. You will receive an email to set up an account on this site following your initial consult. You are welcome to purchase supplements elsewhere but I cannot speak to their quality or authenticity.

What can I expect from an in-person visit with you?

New patient visits are 60 minutes and include a comprehensive health history, physical examination for in-person patients, laboratory recommendations if applicable and personalized treatment plan. Patients can expect their treatment plans to include lifestyle interventions, nutritional counseling and dietary recommendations, botanical medicine, physical medicine or pharmaceutical prescribing as appropriate for their individual case. Follow up visits are 30 minutes long.

What can I expect from a Virtual visit with you?

Virtual visits are conducted in much the same way that in-person visits are, minus the physical examination. You will initiate your virtual visit by connecting to the video conferencing platform via the link provided to you when you made your appointment.
